This is Standard Norge’s new workspace designed to support a more modern and collaborative way of working. Moving away from traditional cellular offices, the new layout features an open-plan working area accommodating more than 100 employees. This transition has placed particular emphasis on creating high-quality shared environments that encourage interaction, informal conversations, and collaboration across teams. A variety of thoughtfully designed common areas form the heart of the workplace. These include lounge spaces equipped with mini kitchens and coffee points. A range of different sized meeting rooms has been incorporated to support different working needs. The project includes a significant amount of bespoke design tailored specifically to the organization. Sustainability and resource efficiency have also been central considerations; almost all furniture has been either reused or carefully refurbished as part of the move. This transformation also helps Standard Norge to present itself as a modern and forward-looking organisation. The new office environment reflects a fresh and dynamic identity that supports current employees while also strengthening the company’s ability to attract new talent.
