Halvor Thorsen is the son of Odd Thorsen and took over the office in 2004. He began his career in London where he worked under Architect Simon Conder and Product/Interior design team BarberOsgerby. He then moved to New York to work with Product/Furniture designer Stephen Burks and Readymade Projects. Halvor did not only inherit his father’s good looks but his keen eye for the shapes and details that turn design into good design.

Jennifer joined ODD THORSEN AS in 2009 and is the company’s Interior Architect. Jennifer has her education from Rhode Island School of Design and has worked many years in London and New York before moving to Norway. She has a special interest in the interaction between the story and the space and keeps surprising us with great details and sophisticated use of materials.

Francesca has a Master degree in Architecture with a special interest in interior architecture.  She speaks 4 languages, teaches dance classes, plays the Oboe works in community service,  makes a mean pesto, and is a is a great designer to boot.

Thomas has a background in Theatrical lighting but is now finishing his education in Industrial design.  He is as good with a saw as he is with the mouse and a keen eye for detail.

Anders Kjelsrud Christensen
